The data management systems (databases and web servers) as well as all collected raw and processed data are hosted for the duration of PREPARE in a data centre which has taken all appropriate measures to assure data security (data centre can be accessed only by authorised personnel, data systems are connected with emergency powered systems, fire extinguishing systems are in place and alarms are connected with two different control rooms). Data will be backed-up on a daily basis and back-ups will be stored in two different buildings. The data management systems as well as the collected data can be accessed only after the users have been granted the appropriate rights on their personalised login account.

After PREPARE is finished, data will be kept in a secure environment for at least 15 years.
