The PREPARE Arbovirus workshop was held successfully last week (21 - 23 March) in beautiful Bucharest, Romania, for the third year running.
In total, 112 clinicians, microbiologists and veterinarians from 26 different countries have taken part in the workshop, which is aimed at strengthening preparedness for the early identification and control of (re-) emerging arbovirus infections with epidemic potential in Europe. The workshop is organised in collaboration with the European Society for Microbiology and Infectious diseases (ESCMID).
